We’re delighted and proud to welcome Josefine Falk to ReCarber as Commercial Project Manager.

Josefine has previously worked at McKinsey & Company, Northvolt and the United Nations. She holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management, combining a strong analytical foundation with strategic and commercial experience across energy, clean-tech companies and large-scale industrial development.

At ReCarber, Josefine Falk will strengthen our engagement with existing and prospective carbon removal buyers and project financiers. She will work closely with these partners to understand and meet tomorrow’s demand. This dialogue are central to developing bankable projects. Sustainability leaders entering the market need guidance on how permanent carbon removal can be integrated into both their climate strategy and broader corporate agenda. Financiers, in turn, require credible demand, robust commercial structures and a clear allocation of risk.

By incorporating these perspectives early, we can develop high-integrity carbon removal projects that are technically robust, commercially viable and positioned to deliver meaningful impact at scale.
